Where can I find the bus routes and timetables?

Bus routes and timetables can be found on this website. Here you can view each of the routes in detail with bus stops and times.  This can also be found on the School website too.

What if I would like an additional stop?

Our service can be flexible, and we are able to add additional stops if there is sufficient demand and any proposed additional stops fit within the current routes. It is always worth asking! Please contact us at warminster@studentsafe.com  for assistance.

How much does the service cost?

Fare information can be found on the School website. Fares are shown for each route per term and are based on regular use of the service. 

For Ad-Hoc Journeys, the cost is £6.50 each way. 

ow do I book a regular place on the bus for my child?

Bookings can be made via this website where routes and timetable information can be viewed. The search facility provides the opportunity to search for the closest stops to your home address. Bookings are made for the year and are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I book an occasional place on the bus for my child?

Bookings can be made for occasional ad hoc journeys via the parent portal in the My Bookings Section. Simply follow the instructions on this page to make an ad-hoc booking.

What if my child misses the bus?

We recommend pupils are always at the bus stop at least 5 minutes before departure. Vehicles should not depart before their allocated time. If your child does miss the vehicle, however, they will need to make their own way to school. Please notify the team at warminster@studentsafe.com  if this is the case.

What if I need different stops/routes during the week to accommodate my child’s regular travel?

Our service can be flexible, in this instance please email warminster@studentsafe.com with your details and requirements and we will check the availability for you.

What if I need to amend my travel arrangements after booking?

Amendments can be made via the Parent Portal in the my bookings sections. Simply follow the instructions on this page to make an amendment.

When will bus invoices be issued and how should payment be made?

Use of the bus service will be billed in arrears, by the School, on a termly fee bill.  Payment should be made in line with the Schools’ terms and conditions.
